In every city, there are the big groups/corporations that help run or run off the city. Utau City allows people to form groups or have their groups be a part of the city (you are having full control of your groups at the same time). Doing something alone is good, however, working with a group is even better. Go to far as publishing a brand new artwork to creating the next big song! Any group has the right to let themselves shine to the rest of humanity to show who they are and what they represent.
